Has your improvement work been featured in the Wisconsin Hospital Association newsletter? The great work that is taking place every day in our hospitals to improve the quality and safety of our patients should be shared, and one way to do that is to tell your story!

Hospital Highlights for WHA 2017 Quality Report

Each year WHA produces a quality report that highlights the good work hospitals are doing around the state to improve the quality of care for patients. We are dedicating space again this year to "Hospital Highlights". This year's report is going to focus on the hospital acquired harm topics, readmissions and work to become a high reliability organization. We invite you to use the template to structure your submission, which should be no more than 400 words.

This is not limited to hospitals that have participated in the WHA Partners for Patients work. If you would like your hospital highlighted in this year's report, please do your best at completing the template and returning to Jami Erickson (jerickson@wha.org), by October 13. Our team here at WHA will then choose the best stories and use your information to create a story for the report. We will be checking back with you to help do final edits of the story to ensure we "get it right".

This is your opportunity to tell the whole state about work you are especially proud of.
