Member Account FAQ

  • I forgot my username.  How can I find out what it is?

    • For a lost or forgotten username, email the WHA Quality Center Web Administrator at qualityteam@wha.org or call (608) 274-1820. Within 24 to 48 hours you will be contacted with a solution.   
  • I have a registered account and my hospital information has changed. How can I adjust my account to reflect the change?
    • If you have a registered account and your hospital information has changed, email the WHA Quality Center web administrator at qualityteam@wha.org or call (608) 274-1820. Within 24 to 48 hours you will be contacted with a solution.

 

Quality Webinar FAQ

  • When will recorded webinars be available?

    • Recorded webinars will be available for download within 24 to 48 business hours following the event.

  • Why do webinars and some materials require registration before viewing?

    • WHA is extremely considerate of protecting hospital information.  Because sensitive information is occasionally shared in webinars and other resources, WHA requires a registered user account that is granted to WHA member hospitals only.

  • Who can I contact if I am stuck or cannot find what I need?

    • If you are stuck or cannot find the information or resource that you need, contact the WHA Quality Center Web Administrator at qualityteam@wha.org or call (608) 274-1820.

 

 Data Portal FAQ

  • Where can I find details on the measures for my initiative?
      • You can find the WHA Partners for Patients Encyclopedia of Measures HERE
      • You can find the TCAB Encyclopedia of Measures HERE

  • The message is saying my data is already there but I have not entered it yet.  What am I doing wrong?

    • It is possible that at some point the “No Data” box was selected or other data was entered for your hospital on that particular measure.  As a result, when you attempt to enter the backdated data in the green “Monthly Data” area, the system thinks you already have data entered. To correct your data follow the “How do I change my data?” instructions.

  • I work for a health system, how do I enter data for multiple hospitals?
    • If you are submitting data for multiple hospitals contact the WHA Quality Center Web Administrator at qualityteam@wha.org or call (608) 274-1820 to set up your unique user information.
